The child you know deserves to be seen in their IEP.

You know your child — their strengths, their spark, the things that light them up and the places they need more support. We help make sure their IEP reflects that whole picture.

💬

You walked out of the ARD meeting unsettled

The meeting felt rushed, the language was confusing, and you left wondering — were these goals truly built to grow your child's unique skills and abilities? Does the team share your expectations for what your child can achieve? Were you a partner in developing these goals, or were they handed to you expecting your agreement?

💛

Your child's strengths aren't being valued

Occupational therapy takes into consideration all the strengths of a person and understands how to get to a goal and monitor progress along the way. Goals should build on who your child is — not just address where they fall short.

🔍

What the school sees and what you see don't match

As OT providers with school-based experience, we know that children show up differently across environments. We can help bridge that gap — with a focus on the big picture: the skills your child will need long after public education ends.

📋

You want to walk in prepared and confident

Your next ARD is coming up and you want to know exactly what to ask for, what your child is entitled to, and how to advocate effectively before you sit down at that table.

"We believe a great IEP isn't just about today — it's about where your child is headed. When goals aren't truly individualized, when the whole student isn't seen, families often face a painful cliff when K-12 education ends. That transition gap is real, and it drives everything we do."

Questions we hear often

No — this is private consulting, not clinical therapy. We don't bill insurance, which keeps things simple and fast. Payment is due at time of service via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. Annual plans include monthly payment options.
No. Your child's documents are shared with us by you, the parent — which you are fully entitled to do under FERPA. We keep everything confidential and do not contact the school district.
We don't attend meetings — but we'll make sure you walk in fully prepared. You'll have a written report, a list of questions to ask, and clear language for what to request. Many parents find this more empowering than having someone speak for them.
Typically 3–5 business days from when we receive your documents. We'll confirm a timeline when you reach out.
A one-time session is perfect if you need help now — before a specific ARD or evaluation. An annual plan gives you consistent OT eyes on your child's IEP throughout the school year, one review per grading period. Many families start with a one-time session and convert to an annual plan after seeing the value.
We know Texas special education law well, and we work remotely with families across Texas — and beyond.
